Based on referrals from work and reading Yelp, had Mike come over to do some work on stairs, loft area and an office space. The carpet was spotted with our dogs leaving odors and stains along with some ink marks from half-eaten pens. After a walk-through and thorough explanation of the process, he went to work on the carpet for the next 2 hours. Mike was friendly, professional, courteous, clean, intelligent, very well trained and knew exactly what he was doing. These guys SAVED us! After our insurance company dropped the ball on getting their guys over to our house to remediate a huge water incident we had, a friend recommended I give Sunshine Restoration a call. Mike, the owner, was great about answering all of my questions and came out right away to check out the damage. They got to work immediately. Mike found a way to move the warm air up into the subflooring where the water had come from without having to cut any holes in our ceiling. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, professional, personable and very honest. He works hard to remedy the situation with the best, and most cost- effective way possible. He saved us TONS OF MONEY and they were able to remediate all the water without us having to go through insurance and pay a massive deductible. Huge thanks to Mike and Freddie! You guys are the best!

Mike is a wonderful man and nothing is too much trouble for him. He goes above and beyond what he originally quoted to make sure you are satisfied. He does not nickel and dime you and for sure he knows how to make a customer happy without losing money. We asked him to stretch few carpet areas which were small and he said no problem. He also inspected our carpet on the stairs and he suggested we fix the wood first. He did not have any issue coming back another day to finish so he can give us time to fix the wood. I would recommend Mike to anyone who wants a clean and professional job done and BTW, his equipment is state of the art!

Mike saved my cats' lives!! I was about to rip up my carpet and give my cats to a shelter when the cat urine smell in my carpets became unbearable. Mike came out to my home and was able to remove the smell with his magical bacteria solution. The very next morning I witnessed my cat urinate two more times on the area that had just been sanitized. I was on my way out and didn't have time to clean up one of the new spots ( I figured I was just going to have to rip up the carpet anyway when I had time). Two days later as I prepared to remove the carpet I realized the cat urine smell was again completely gone. Mike had told me that the bacterial enzymes he had injected into the carpet would reactivate if they came into contact with fresh urine and apparently he knows what he is talking about. Mike is a real professional interested in providing the customer with exactly what they want. He discussed multiple options with me before beginning the work and didn't try to sell me on the most expensive option. I kept the carpets and the cats and I will definitely be using Sunshine Carpet Cleaning in the future.

Mike came promptly at our appointment time, and did an outstanding job cleaning the tile & grout, then sealing the grout of our kitchen, breakfast area, dressing area & 2 bathrooms. It looks so clean and fresh! He sent a reminder email of the scheduled cleaning; I appreciated the efficiency, though it was not needed because I was so pleased to be getting the cleaning taken care of, having postponed it during the more active covid period. I was not about to forget today's being the day for this delayed job to be tackled. When checking for tile cleaning services in the Denton area, the Better Business Bureau gave Sunshine Restoration high marks. I do, too!
